Ingredients
4 hash browns
4 large eggs, beaten
1x 250g pack streaky bacon
4 white tortillas
4 slices of cheese
BBQ sauce
Method
Preheat your oven or airfryer.
Cook hash browns according to packet instructions.
Scramble the eggs in a hot, non-stick pan. Fry the bacon until crispy.
Warm tortillas in the microwave. Lay a tortilla on a cutting board. Cut a line from the centre of the tortilla to the bottom edge.
Lay the scrambled egg, bacon, hashbrown and cheese in four separate corners of the tortilla.
Starting with the bottom left corner, fold it up and over the top left cover, using your hand to secure the filling as you fold. Then, fold it over again to the top right quarter. Finally, fold it down to the bottom right quarter.
Serve warm.
