Salmon & Avocado Roll Ups
Sushi-style without the fancy skills or sticky seaweed! These delicious Salmon & Avocado Roll Ups are the MVP for those days where effort feels overrated. Just roll with it!

- 1x 200g pack Pams cold smoked salmon
- 250g Meadow Fresh traditional cream cheese, softened
- 1 firm-ripe avocado, cut into 1cm thick wedges
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh herbs, such as chives or dill
- Lay a piece of cling-film over your bench.
- Arrange half of the salmon slices over the cling-film in a rectangle pattern, making sure there are no gaps.
- Beat the cream cheese briefly in a bowl with a spatula, until it is spreadable. Spread half of the cream cheese over the salmon in an even layer. Place 3-4 wedges of avocado in a row on the end closest to you. Then, using the cling-film as a guide, roll it up into a tight log.
- Pat half of the herbs around the outside of the salmon roll up, then cut into 2cm thick slices. Repeat with the remaining salmon, cream cheese, avocado and herbs.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping, if desired.
