BBQ Sweet Chilli Cheese Melts
Turn up the heat with these tasty Sweet Chilli Cheese Melts. Topped with extra-gooey cheese and a bit of a chilli kick, they’re the perfect excuse to fire up the BBQ.

- 3 ciabatta or sesame bread rolls
- 250g Meadow Fresh traditional cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp Trident sweet chilli sauce
- 200g Pams tasty cheese, grated
- Cut the bread rolls in half through the middle.
- Combine the cream cheese together with 2 Tbsp of the sweet chilli sauce, then spread over the cut side of each bread roll. Sprinkle over the grated cheese, then drizzle over another 2 Tbsp of sweet chilli sauce.
- Preheat your BBQ to high. Place a sheet of foil over the BBQ plate, then place the cheese melts on top. Turn the BBQ off, put the lid on and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- Drizzle over the remaining sweet chilli sauce to serve. Garnish with fresh herbs from your garden, if desired.
