Cheese Burger Tacos

When it’s Taco Tuesday but the burger cravings are hitting. Skip the drive-thru and fire up the BBQ with these tasty Cheese Burger Tacos. Best of both worlds!

  • 600g beef mince 
  • 1x 10-pack Pams white tortillas 
  • ½ cup Heinz garlic aioli 
  • ½ cup Pams crinkle cut gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 pack Pams tasty cheese slices 
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  1. Divide the beef mince into 10 portions. Using your fingertips, press and spread the beef mince over the surface of each tortilla. Season the beef with salt and pepper and drizzle over a little oil. 
  2. Combine the aioli with half of the chopped gherkins, along with 1 Tbsp of the gherkin juice from the jar. Set aside. 
  3. Preheat your BBQ to high. Cook the tacos, beef-side down first, for about 2 minutes on each side. Place a slice of cheese on top of the beef and cook for a further 30 seconds with the BBQ lid down, or until melted. 
  4. Serve the tacos topped with the aioli, shredded lettuce and remaining chopped gherkins.
