Cheesy Beer Bread

3 cups plain flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 tsp fine salt

2 cups grated tasty cheese

350ml Behemoth x Foursquare hazy IPA

4 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

Add the flour, baking powder, salt and ½ cups of the cheese to a large bowl. Toss together.

Make a well in the centre and pour in the beer. Mix together with a wooden spoon to form a dough.

Pour half of the melted butter into the prepared loaf tin. Tip the dough into the loaf tin and spread into an even layer. Drizzle over the remaining butter and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm with butter.
