Cheats Potato Gratin
What are we craving? A big ol tray of cheesy potato goodness of course. Creamy and delicious with the onion soup flavours you know and love. Make it supersized and you’ll have leftovers for days.

1.5 kg potatoes, washed

1x 32g pack onion soup powder

300ml cream

2 cups grated tasty cheese

Preheat your oven to 200°C fan bake. Set aside a medium roasting dish.

Thinly slice the potatoes into rounds roughly 3mm thick. Add the sliced potatoes to a large bowl, along with the onion soup powder and ½ tsp salt. Toss together, until the potatoes are well coated.

Tip the potatoes into the prepared roasting dish and spread out into an even layer. Pour the cream evenly over the top. Cover the dish tightly with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and remove the foil. Evenly sprinkle over the grated tasty cheese and return to the oven for a further 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
