Mini English Muffin Pizzas
School holidays are here and we’ve got the perfect snack to feed the kids. Try these super easy, super cheesy Mini Pizzas that the whole family will love.

- 4 plain English muffin splits, cut in half
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 salami sticks, thinly sliced into rounds
- Preheat your oven to 190°C fan bake. Line a medium baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Cut the muffin splits in half (or tear them open if they are already cut in half). Place the muffins, cut side up, on the prepared baking tray.
- Divide the pizza sauce between the muffin splits and spread out over the surface. Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese and top with the slices of salami.
- Season the pizzas with salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve the mini pizzas warm out of the oven!
