No Bake Anzac Slice

For when want baking but don't want to bake…here’s a no bake ANZAC slice!

 

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 x 310g bag Farmbake Golden Crunch biscuits
  • 1 x 200g bag Donovan’s Creamy Russian Fudge
  • 100g Butter
  • ½ can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut

  1. Crush the biscuits.
  2. Chop up the fudge.
  3. Melt 100g butter and 1/2 tin of condensed milk together. Let cool.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Press into a lined baking dish.
  6. Pop into the fridge to set.
  7. Top with desiccated coconut.
