3-Ingredient Berry Ice Cream
Chill out this summer with a scoop-worthy Berry Ice Cream! Made extra easy with just 3 ingredients, you don’t have to be a pro to whip this one up.

Berry Sauce:
- ⅔ cup Pams frozen berries, such as mixed berries or blueberries
- 2 Tbsp Pams white sugar
Ice Cream:
- 1 can Trident coconut cream
- 2 cups Pams frozen berries, such as mixed berries or blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Pams white sugar
- For the berry sauce, add the berries and sugar to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, until glossy and jammy. Set aside in the fridge to cool.
- Pour roughly ¾ of the can of coconut cream into an ice tray mould. Place in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Add the frozen coconut cream cubes, berries and sugar to a food-processor, along with the remaining ¼ can coconut milk. Blitz together for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk or water if needed.
- Scoop or pipe the soft serve into bowls. Drizzle over the berry sauce.
