Air Fryer Chickpeas

- 1 can chickpeas
- ¼ cup cornflour
- Drizzle olive oil
- Smoked paprika
- Cumin
- Salt
- Caster sugar
- Drain and rinse your chickpeas, press them dry.
- In a sieve over a bowl, toss them in cornflour, drizzle them in olive oil and air fry them for 5-10 minutes at 180ºC.
- In a bowl, sprinkle over the spices and toss while warm to coat.
Air Fryer – Bake for 5-10 mins at 180°C
Oven – Fan Bake for 15-20 mins at 200°C
