Air Fryer Chickpeas

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ¼ cup cornflour
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Caster sugar

  1. Drain and rinse your chickpeas, press them dry.
  2. In a sieve over a bowl, toss them in cornflour, drizzle them in olive oil and air fry them for 5-10 minutes at 180ºC.
  3. In a bowl, sprinkle over the spices and toss while warm to coat.

Air Fryer – Bake for 5-10 mins at 180°C
Oven – Fan Bake for 15-20 mins at 200°C
