Chocolate Dipped Mandarins

Ingredients
Method
- 4 mandarins
- 100g dark chocolate (melted)
- Flaky salt
- Line a tray or chopping board with baking paper and set aside.
- Dip half of each mandarin segment in the melted chocolate, shaking off excess.
- Place the chocolate dipped segments onto the lined chopping board.
- Sprinkle over a pinch of flaky salt, if desired.
- Place into the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes, until the chocolate has set.
- Enjoy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
