Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt Clusters
Chocolatey berry goodness all clustered up and ready to devour. These Dark Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt Clusters are irresistibly tasty and a little bit healthy too!
Ingredients
Method
-
1 ½ cups frozen fruit (we used blueberries)
-
½ Greek yoghurt (we used vanilla flavour)
-
250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
-
Line a small tray or chopping board with baking paper.
-
Add the frozen blueberries to a medium bowl. Add the yoghurt and toss to coat the blueberries.
-
Dollop the mixture into six clusters on the lined tray/board. Place them into the freezer for 1-2 hours, until completely frozen.
-
Add the chocolate to a medium, microwave-proof bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each burst, until melted.
-
Using a fork, dip each frozen yoghurt cluster into the dark chocolate, turning to coat. Transfer the dipped clusters back to the lined tray/board and place back into the freezer. Chill until the chocolate has set.
-
Serve.
