Whipped Milo Iced Chocolate

Whip up this cool twist on a kiwi classic with this Milo Iced Chocolate. Inner child unlocked!

Method

Whipped Milo: 

  • 2 heaped Tbsp Milo

  • 1 Tbsp Pams white sugar

  • ¾ cup Pams cream 

Iced Chocolate: 

  • 2 heaped Tbsp Milo + extra for dusting 

  • 4 Tbsp boiling water 

  • Milk of choice 

  • Ice

    1. For the whipped Milo, add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Using an electric whisk, beat together until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside. 

    1. For the iced chocolate, combine the Milo and boiling water together in a small jug. Fill some tall serving glasses with ice, and top with the milk of your choice. Pour the hot Milo mixture over the milk. 

    1. Spoon the whipped Milo on top, and dust with some Milo to serve.
